No one would answer the phone all day when I would call. The call would be disconnected and you couldn't leave a voicemail. The people are nice but the bank is terrible. They have twice now put us in a financial bind due to them either not updating information or not allowing a paycheck to clear. I started a new job and they held almost $1,300 from us until they could "prove" where the money was coming from. We wait five days with no money before I had to threatened to leave the bank and speak to the head of the bank. This is the first time I have ever posted anything negative about a business, but Suntrust has lost our family's business. And I would advise others not to use them. I will be cancelling everything the bank as soon as they allow me access to our debit cards and cash.
