Very honest tire repair service. Mr Berry thank you for your honesty. Very accurate with timing. Very reasonable rates.
If you are a woman, they will talk down to you and try to charge more than they agreed to over the phone. One man tried to charge me $20 more for a tire than what he quoted over the phone. I reminded him of the phone call but he denied it. Another worker came over and told him that he was charging the wrong price. They will not take a woman's word for the size of her tires. They go outside to recheck it. I won't be going there again.

Always a pleasure to experience their friendly service. Tire and wheel prices competitive with anyone, I use Rod's exclusively for various mower, ATV and miscellaneous tires.
THE laziest crew I think I have ever seen. Everyone in the shop dragging their feet sitting on various objects. Desk guys were nice but shop wasn't busy and it still took 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires, even though they said 45 minutes to one hour. To top it all off I asked them to make sure the tires were perfectly balanced and what did I get? Of course I got "close enough". WILL NEVER do business there again.
Customer oriented service from start to finish. They were the only shop in the area that would and did what it took to repair my trailer.
