Not that good. Didn't clean the back of my mini van.
I just paid for a basic car wash and my car was not clean when I looked it over. I drove back around and asked for a rewash and was told they didn't do that for only a basic wash. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the same thing. He said they would have rewashed it if i had originally paid for a $12 or higher wash. I told him i had paid to get my car cleaned, and it was not clean. This is poor business practice in the least. I paid for a service and did not get what I paid for. Don't waste your money at the Wash me Express. They don't stand behind their product!
This place is absolute TRASH! They will damage your vehicle and the only solution they offer you is to cancel your membership to avoid future damage! I spoke with David the “manager” about a scratch to my bumper and he said he watched the camera and didn’t see anything. If that is the not the most bias and scheming way to get away with things I don’t know what is! This business takes no ownership for their faulty equipment and it’s basically every man for himself when it comes to damage caused by them!
I would give zero stars if at all possible. The rear windshield wiper was ripped off in the carwash. We didn't notice until we arrived at our destination out of town for Christmas 2016. After we got back to town, we called and then dropped by. Talking to management, filling out an incident claim, and being assured the company would replace the blade in full the manager sent us home and told us he would call when the replacement blade came in. We never got a call, stopped by, there is "new" management and it is simply terrible. They said there was no such claim filed, there was no way to help us and they would not be replacing the blade and basically called me a liar, all while refusing to give my contact information to the owner or district manager! I have written a complaint to Robertson County. I will loudly tell all I know to never go to this car wash again. EVER. No apologies, this is the most unprofessional managing I have ever seen. Matt is his name.
