I bought a 28H branson tractor with loader and Backhoe new from Lance in March of 2014. It has been the most reliable machine I have even owned. Then on Thanksgiving day it would start but wouldn't go into gear. I called Lance and he had a truck out the next business day to pick it up and fix the problem. A Bearing in the Hydro pump went out which requires taking off the backhoe and loader and splitting the tractor in pieces to get to the pump to fix the problem. Instead of just replacing the Bearing in the old pump Lance contacted branson MFG and had a brand new pump shipped to him and had it installed in less than 2 weeks time. They also tightened down all the bolts to spec and greased her all up and filled it back up with Hydro/Transmisssion fluid at no cost to me. On top of all that this issue was covered by Branson's awesome warranty and all I paid out of pocket was $126.00 for lance to pick up my tractor in Murfreesboro and then bring it back to me when it was fixed. You will not find a better tractor warranty anywhere or a better Dealer to service it anywhere. Thank you So much for getting my Tractor Back to me in 2 weeks time.

If you buy anywhere else you are insane. 1) Owner is life long mechanic 2) Prices are just above wholesale 3) Service Department is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 4) Owner's are heavily involved in day to day operations and as honest as the day is long. 5) Just tremendous service and support.
You will not find a better place to buy your next mower or Tractor. We now own both ourselves, and bought them from Lance and Maria. And they service what they sell so it's a win-win situation!
Went in to shop from a family members recommendation. Lance provided me with the attentive and helpful guidance I had heard about. Straight forward prices. I'm new to zero turn machines so Lance educated me, took time to answer all my beginner questions and let me test drive. I purchased an eXmark that same day and Maria was great about setting up delivery, even called me to reconfirm.
This place would be my local Simplicity dealer if they would be willing to negotiate a little. Four other dealerships within a 30 mile radius are willing to work with me and before purchasing elsewhere I wanted to give my local dealer a chance. The lady was rude with me and let me know there is absolutely no negotiation and I would be paying for shipping to get the mower as well since they didn't have one at their location. I asked why they wouldn't negotiate to earn a customer and she turned and walked away without answering. I certainly won't be back for service once I've bought my new mower.
