I am a patient with Dr. Grimm and have always been treated with kindness and respect. My lab results have always been available promptly and the nurses have been helpful when i have had questions or concerns. I have had to visit this clinic frequently and despite the 45 minute drive from my home, i have always found the service and care worth it.
I am a new patient to the clinic. My appointment was scheduled for August 11th, however I received a call a few days prior stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called back to reschedule, I was informed the first appointment available was on August 22nd. I have health concerns that I wanted to address with the Dr., so I stated I would call back because the 22nd was too far away for me and I wanted to research other providers at the clinic. After quickly researching the other providers, I called back again not even 10 minutes later inquiring about their availability. This time, I was informed the first available appointment was not until September 21st! I asked if someone could call me if there was a cancellation, and the rep informed me there is no existing process for cancellations. I do not think this clinic took my needs into consideration. I should not have to wait over ONE MONTH for a rescheduled appointment. They should've taken the impact this has on me into consideration, and fit me into an earlier appointment, since it was not my fault the appointment had to be rescheduled. I get the impression the staff does not care about a patient's needs. I will be looking elsewhere; this clinic lost a new patient due to their negligence.
Terrific maternity and postpartum care experience. Very professional and friendly staff from entrance through visit to exit. Comfortable waiting area with generous unisex bathroom. Filtered cold and hot water machine available. Nice, clean, and generous exam rooms. Scales are questionable, however, and need recalibrated as I definitely didn't add thirty pounds with this pregnancy.
I had a wonderful experience with the Midwives here. My maternity care and birth experience were both fantastic! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring.
We had a wonderful experience at Northcrest! I had a planned repeat c section with Dr. Dowell. She and her team met with me beforehand to review my birth plan and everyone was very respectful of my wishes. Highly recommend Dr. Dowell.
