I am in pain all the time. I have been referred to Northcrest Rheumatology. It is going on a month and half now. I keep being told they have not received my records, so I can set up apt (which have been sent twice). Was also told even when I am able to set apt, it wouldn't be until May.

My mother was in CCU for 18days and the staff " seemed" helpful and attentive. They are not, they do the bare minimum and i was even told the head nurse slaps the patient's behinds. My self and sister witness the nurse bathing my mother use the same wash cloth over her entire body including her face. We of course reported her and all they did was not have that nurse be her nurse but she was still on the same floor dealing with other patients. When my mother became more alert fall out of bed and instead of haven her run through test that night it wasn't until the next morning. They were physically rough and mentally degrading. The nurses had conflicting suggestions then the dr. The dr was in and out and you could see him getting antsy to get out the door so god forbid you asked questions. The entire experience was distributing dealing with that hopsital and the staff. I should've listened to the first nurse who said if i were you and this was my mother i would take her to Vanderbilt hospital. But i had no authority over my mother the doctor did. This hospital should not ever deal with more than a check up patients who need more should be taken to Vanderbilt instead. I have two small children and i made sure to drive the hr there for the first wk twice and then once to make sure she had eaten etc it was bad bad bad.

A person rear ended my wife car at a traffic light in Springfield one weekend. She was take to Northcrest through the ER. They admitted her but was asking for insurance information. I just took a new job and my company had not issued insurance cards yet. So they said she has bruises and said she need rest. Treated us like we had no insurance and discharged us. We got a second opinion and found out that my wife had shifted spine. After 4 screws,2 rods, and a cage put in her back, by TN Orthopedic ( Great Place). She able to go back to work. Would not take any love ones there. It's worth the drive To Nashville to any of the 3 major Hospitals.

This is the Mickey Mouse of the South ! I would give them a zero if that was available. They have one hundred and one excuses. It's the computer; I didn't know. I have even overheard nurses being verbally abusive to patients. We are here for a simple blood transfusion ! Not !!!!!! They are incapable of that ! If you're sick, go somewhere where the staff knows what their doing ! They told us they learned something from Dad being their patient today. Nurses are nice; if you complain, they glare at you ;( Ashley is her name ) however, they do not know their job !!!!!!!!!!! I am very worried for my Father. I hope we get out of here sometime soon ! been hours already and many more to go !

Go to a hospital that can do it all in,one stop, and feel, safe with Docters SAD!
