Horrible company. If your not working there anymore and try to get any assistance you get told to go online and then you have to pay for it through the site THEY provided. Not before you get a run around though.
Haven't recieved payroll check due to wrong city and zipcode. Took 9 calls and getting numerous different #s to attempt to have it expedited into said a acct. Yet still no answers and over a week latee. Originally the answer was another 10 days.. perhaps they need to get there ducks in a row and when a worker has an issue getting there check over a week later they can cut them a check with out a hassle and to wait.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Especially from Beth the manager. Apparently one has a poa and needs it's since getting a paper check isn't recommend. How sweet of her!
