I paid $160 a month to have a lot of my things water damaged from where the building apparently flooded and I wasn't notified. It is supposed to be climate controlled, yet it is hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. And the bugs and spiders! Dead bugs all over and inside all of my boxes of clothing and toys! And the rat poison they set out that spilled all over the building, inside the unit itself, that made moving things in and out harder. Honestly, I would have moved my things out much, much sooner had I known that they would be damaged and ruined!
