I LOVE this goodwill!!! Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. Prices are a lot better then other goodwills.

TIP: You can't just stop in once and claim it doesn't have anything good. I go regularly, at least once a week. Sometimes I don't find anything, other times I score huge! It's all a matter of timing. The other tip is to look thru everything. Take your time, enjoy the music, maybe even sing along. I have made GREAT friends while shopping there. People like me, who love the hunt and love finding high quality items we are too frugal to spend full price on. We even like to text our great finds to each other. We often refer to it as the GW Boutique.
Goodwill.. I really don't like to shop here and here is why. I was in there towards closing time and noticed one of the associates pulling OUT a certain color of tags. I asked why? I was told that was the HALF OFF color for next week and " YOU PEOPLE.. Did I mention I was plus size... get these clothes at a HUGE discount!!!" YES! WE PEOPLE! Good will ?? They ask you to ROUND UP what you spend there, take our donations, BUT , WE PEOPLE already get a great deal on used clothes and don't deserve the HALF OFF color each week. I only go if I have to accompany someone else.
I have since moved to Clarksville, there are three here. The one on Tiny Town road is even cleaner, but the inventory not as good as the Springfield Store. The Madison Store just seems messy and disorganized, although I have found high end items there. The Fort Campbell Store has really nice employees, but the clothes and store seem dirty. Springfield remains my favorite.

I like to call myself a professional Goodwill shopper. I shop for personal use, not resale, but I know a good buy when I see one. This Goodwill is one of the best, if not the best around. It is VERY well organized and clean with a positive upbeat atmosphere. The employees are the best! Some of the employees have been there for years and are so nice. The inventory is very full.
Great little Goodwill. Staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. Whether donating around back, or shopping in the store, this place is a pleasant experience. Prices are pretty good, and better than most, with the exception of furniture. Definitely finds in coats, shoes, and along back wall. Tore up on Saturdays, and sometimes lines are long. Military discount, rewards card. Ample dressing rooms and parking. Donation ramp/door behind Papa John's.
