No need to go in to details, it's the same things everybody else complains about--ice cream at drive through window is melted by the time you get up to the window. "It's not melted, just well blended" is their line. No, it's been sitting there waiting for you to get up to the window. There is always some issue with the food--not what you ordered, sometimes not even the right item--burger instead of grilled cheese, etc. Drink selection in their machine is sporadic--guessing they forget to order replacements until they're out, then it takes 4-7 days to get it in. Glad somebody suggested the one in Joelton, I'm willing to go a distance to get good food and service.
Mixed bag with lackadaisy service, which fits in with its location. So there's that, if mean. Not bad when it opened, but it has fallen fast. Mostly clean, but don't go anywhere near closing time. People racing to get their scream, and this joint has trouble with the onslaught of enemy forces. So, there's always lunch, which can be tasty.
The people here are not rude but are not too welcoming either. Food is typically slow. But food is usually good. If they get the order right.
Very clean and the food is always fresh. The service is lacking however. It's as if they go out of their way to avoid having to interact with customers. Kids seem to love it though and it's never so busy you can't find a seat.
Good, hot food. Fast service. The new frosted brownie blizzard is very good.
