If I could give more stars I absolutely would! From the first time I stepped on the car lot until yesterday (picked up and brought back for extras we purchased) they (Kemmy) has been amazing!!! Found Gupton Motors online. Requested information on a truck. Had Walter Lee get back with me about the availability on the truck. He was very nice and was able to amswer all my questions. Everyone there was nice and professional. If your looking for something new this would be the place to go.
Service Department needs major attention. Quality has definitely declined over the four years I have been using the department. This is 4th oil change of a multi pack deal I purchased. EVERY change has had an appointment and still taken over 90 minutes. Each time I’m told another vehicle was being completed. Sharing concerns each time has resulted in no change in procedures. Don’t make appointments if they aren’t going to be honored. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The staff at Gupton Motors really impressed me, they were friendly and I felt very welcomed by everybody. Daryl in the service dept was great and they even gave me a ride home. If you want great service and to be treated like family, this is the place .
