Supper! Was really haveing to juggle a bunch of things in one week. Needed to buy a new truck. Shawn, first of all , listened. Then followed my instructions. He kept in touch by voice mail, text and phone calls. As I kept him posted as was dealing with a family member who very sick. He handled paperwork and arranged financing, license transfer and when I arrived my new F-150 cleaned up ready to go! Just a few minutes of paperwork. It even had a full tank of gas!

This is a service related review. Service my Taurus at Tracy Langston. At least the C. S. group is good and better than most. No issues with my maintenance. As far as sales, typical dealership, high as they all are. Always get everything in writing, as with all. Better to deal with than other dealerships in Springfield if you like Fords. My last two have been pretty good. If you have electrical problems, which you will after a number of years, go find someone that can read You Tube and can solder. $700-$800 repairs for a number of board installations become a one time $150 repair instead of replacing endless electrical boards that they tell you they have to replace before they can fix the issue. Again, all dealer repairs the same. As far as doing business with the above, you could do worse.
